Summer Technology Festival |

The 2009 Technology Festival is made up of two-day hands-on educational technology presentations and standards-based academies. Participants will spend each morning of the festival in an academy of their choice, developing technology proficiency, with a technology resource. Afternoons consist of time to develop teaching resources, and hands-on session presenting information and tips about hardware, software, and online resources for personal and professional development. |

Digital Lesson Planning with PowerPoint - $50 Explore methods for using PowerPoint to organize your lessons and effectively pace instruction. By the end of the destival, you will create a folder of lessons and projects for students. Take Your Classroom Online with Moodle - $50 Extend teaching and learning beyond your classroom walls. By the end of the festival, you will create and online version of your classroom. Thursday, June 18, 2009 and Friday, June 19, 2009 Digital Camera Projects Brings Standards to Life - $50 Google Bootcamp for Educators - $50 Beyond searching the Internet, there are layers of free Google Tools for Educators. Uncover lesson enrichments such as iGoogle, Google Earth, Google Book Search, Google Custom Search and much more.
