The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) provides affordable access to telecommunications services for all eligible schools and libraries in the United States. The SLD oversees the E-rate program. Funded at up to $2.25 billion annually, the Program provides discounts on telecommunications services, Internet access and internal connections.

California Department of Education’s Education Technology Department- The Education Technology Office Program 4-8, AB provides ongoing funding so that training in education technology can be integrated into all professional development. The site provides resources for state and federal programs along with reference and resource documents.
